Last updated: August 12, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Instant Custom Boxes website and any quotes, samples, or custom packaging orders placed with us.

1. Agreement to terms

By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Quotes and artwork

Quotes are based on the specifications you provide (size, quantity, material, print, and finishing). Prices may change if artwork, dimensions, or production details change after approval. Digital proofs are provided for review; production begins only after written or emailed approval.

3. Custom products

Custom printed packaging is made to your specifications. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or returned except where there is a manufacturing error on our side. Color and finish may vary slightly from screen proofs due to print processes and materials.

4. Production and shipping

Typical production is 8–12 business days after artwork approval unless otherwise confirmed. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or incomplete customer information.

5. Payments

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit before production and the balance before dispatch. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.

6. Intellectual property

You confirm that artwork, logos, and copy you supply are yours to use. You remain responsible for trademark and copyright clearance. Instant Custom Boxes retains rights to its own designs, dielines, and website content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or delayed product launches.
